The location has received generally positive reviews from customers, with a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars. Many customers have praised the friendly and welcoming staff, as well as the quality of service they receive.
However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service, citing issues with matted fur and uneven cuts. One customer reported that their dog had been shaved too short, and another reported that their dog had come home with a bloody bald spot.
The business has also received criticism for its responsiveness to customer concerns. One customer reported that they had called to make an appointment but did not receive a call back, and another reported that they had not been notified of any concerns about their dog's grooming.
Despite these issues, the location has a 4.3-star rating and is considered a good option for pet grooming services. The business has a wide range of services available, including nail trims, baths, and haircuts. It also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards.
