Famous Roofing provides a wide range of residential and commercial roofing services to the entire state of Florida. Their offices are located in multiple cities, including Palmetto, Satellite Beach, and Seminole. They have a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is a convenient feature for customers. The company has received both positive and negative feedback from clients. One customer praised their best workers and expressed satisfaction with their work, giving them a 5-star rating. However, another customer had a very different experience, reporting terrible customer service and accusing the company of being possibly fraudulent. It's worth noting that the company has an unusual working schedule, with extended hours on certain days and closed hours on others. They offer free quotes for customers, which may be a convenient option for those seeking roofing services. One notable issue is that the company received a low rating from one customer due to their refusal to contact them back or complete the job after an estimate was signed.Despite the mixed feedback, Famous Roofing appears to be a reputable business with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
