This business location is a web domain registration service with additional handyman services. The staff is available for calls and visitors during regular working hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. The phone number for this location is +18632720974, and its official website can be found at http://www.familyhandymanllc.net. One of the co-brands of this business is Family Handyman LLC. Some of the keywords associated with this business include internet address, domain name registration, web forwarding, and.com. The business is also known for its secure services.Unfortunately, there was an incident with a client, who was left waiting and then cancelled without explanation. This made the client feel unresponsive and unprofessional. Another client, however, had a very positive experience, finding the handyman to be responsive, punctual, and professional. Yet, another client had a very poor experience, reporting a number of issues with the handyman's work, including holes in the wall, improper installation of fixtures, and poor communication. It is concerning to see such a wide range of experiences at this business. One issue that is present at this business is its responsiveness, as evidenced by the client who was left waiting and then cancelled. It would be beneficial for this business to work on improving its communication with clients to prevent such issues from arising.
