This location seems to be a mobile home park with some services for automotive and boats. The address is at Building 7713, Riverview Dr Drive, Riverview City. The property has on-site parking. It's co-branded with Fairfax Mobile Home Park. However, some visitors have mentioned issues with the landlords, claiming they lie and kick people out for no reason. Some reviewers also mentioned that the park is not well-maintained, with problems like dirty trailers and mold. On the other hand, some residents have reported positive experiences, praising the updated park and friendly management. Overall, the location seems to have a mixed reputation. The biggest issue seems to be the management and maintenance of the park, with some visitors experiencing poor treatment from the landlords. It's worth noting that there have been reports of overcharging.
