This location is a decent real estate option with some nice amenities, but it seems to have some issues with management and staff. The complex has a great pool with a Jacuzzi, which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Additionally, the location is convenient for those with family members serving in the military, as it's a straight shot from the Air Force Base.However, the poor service and lack of responsiveness from staff are significant drawbacks. Despite having posted hours, the office is often unattended, and phone and email queries go unanswered. This can be frustrating for potential buyers or renters trying to get more information about the property.One client even reported a disturbing incident where a lawn service worker threatened to shoot two men who were trying to clear a branch from the road. This suggests a lack of accountability and oversight within the management team.On the positive side, the location seems to be well-maintained, with pale colors on the outside of the buildings and a nice area of town.
