The building process was highly efficient and smooth for most clients, with many praising Fagan Construction's attention to detail and excellent communication. They were treated like family, and their builds were treated as if they were the company's own. Custom homes were built to a high standard, and clients felt they received a quality home for a fair price. The company's experience and expertise were evident in their work, with many clients appreciating their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and clients felt supported throughout the process. One client had a disappointing experience due to a lack of response for a week, but this appears to be an isolated incident. Overall, Fagan Construction's strengths in quality, pricing, and professionalism make it a reliable choice for custom home building in the area.
