The location seems to be very inconveniently located on a busy street with no parking available for a business like this. The accessibility features such as wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance are available, which is a positive aspect. The co-branding with Face of Hope Foundation adds credibility to the business. However, the staff seems to be unprofessional and irresponsible as seen from multiple negative reviews. One client had a bad experience with rude staff and another had issues with service quality. The business also had trouble with reliable and consistent service. On the other hand, some reviews praise the staff as helpful and caring, and the business for providing assistance for life's needs and referrals for bill paying. Overall, the business seems to be inconsistent and unreliable, which may affect its reputation. One main issue stands out - reliability and consistency of service.
