I visited the EyeCare Optical in Orlando and had a mixed experience. The location is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, the interior of the building, including the restroom, is wheelchair accessible as well.During my visit, I had to wait for over an hour and a half for my appointment, which was frustrating. The staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, which might have contributed to the long wait. The medical services provided were decent, but not impressive. The doctors and nurses were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less pleasant. The prices at EyeCare Optical were relatively high, but the quality of the services and products was not commensurate with the cost. It felt like I was paying a premium for something that was average at best.Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the innovativeness of the services or technology used at the location. It seemed like a typical, outdated medical office with little attention to modernizing or improving the patient experience. One major issue was the long wait time, which was unacceptable, especially considering that I had a scheduled appointment. This indicates a need for better staff management and scheduling procedures.Overall, I would not recommend EyeCare Optical in Orlando without reservations. While it has some good qualities, such as wheelchair accessibility and decent medical services, it falls short in terms of quality, pricing, and innovativeness.
