The business operates from Building 274, Ronald Reagan Pkwy Parkway, Davenport City, offering a range of services, including real estate, apartment rental, and vacation home rental agency. The website, orlandoattractionhomes.com, provides easy access to their services, while the phone number, +14197643870, offers a convenient way to get in touch. The working hours are quite standard, running from 7 am to 7 pm every day of the week, allowing customers to plan their visits at their convenience. Debit cards and credit cards are accepted for payments, and the business prides itself on having a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it more inclusive for all visitors. The business has partnered with Extreme Getaway Homes LLC, a well-known and reputable company in the vacation rental industry. This partnership speaks to the business's commitment to quality and innovation in their services. However, one major issue is the lack of clear communication and response time, as seen in the negative reviews. This can lead to frustration and mistrust among customers, ultimately affecting the overall experience. As for the quality of their services, the business receives mixed reviews. While some customers rave about the beautiful and spacious homes, others report issues with cleanliness and maintenance. This inconsistency may be a cause for concern, as it can significantly impact the overall quality of service provided. The pricing of their services is a different story altogether. With a 5.0 score, it's clear that customers are generally satisfied with the cost of their services, which is reasonable considering the quality and amenities offered. In terms of innovativeness, the business has certainly made an effort to stand out in the industry. The unique theme-based homes and high-tech amenities are certainly a draw for customers looking for a memorable experience. Overall, while the business has some room for improvement, particularly in terms of communication and quality control, they have made a good effort to establish themselves as a reputable and innovative player in the vacation rental industry.
