This Extra Space Storage facility in Ruskin City offers a convenient and secure self-storage experience. The staff, particularly Omar and other team members, are known for their excellent customer service, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness, patience, and friendliness. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and organized, making it easy to navigate and find a suitable storage unit. Climate-controlled units are available, and the facility is secure, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. However, one area for improvement is the presence of spiders, which one reviewer found unsettling. It would be great if the facility could address this issue to ensure a pest-free environment for customers.Overall, this Extra Space Storage facility is a great option for those looking for a reliable and secure self-storage solution. With its friendly staff, clean facilities, and competitive pricing, it's definitely worth considering.
