This Extra Space Storage facility on Cypress Parkway in Poinciana City has received generally positive reviews from customers. Many reviewers have praised the cleanliness, security, and professionalism of the staff. The facility appears to be well-maintained, with clean and organized storage units, as well as amenities such as on-site parking, wheelchair accessibility, and NFC mobile payments. However, one reviewer expressed frustration with the facility's pricing policy, citing a significant rate increase without sufficient notice. This issue may be worth investigating further. Overall, this facility seems to be a good option for those in need of storage services, with many reviewers recommending it to others. However, as with any business, it's essential to carefully review the terms and conditions, including pricing, before making a decision. Reviewers have praised the staff, particularly Stacy, Leyani, and Zander, for their helpfulness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. The facility's convenience, security, and clean environment have also been highlighted as major advantages. As with any business, there are always areas for improvement. However, based on the reviews, it appears that Extra Space Storage on Cypress Parkway has made efforts to provide excellent customer service and a secure storage environment. As one reviewer noted, the facility has a LGBTQ+ friendly environment, which is a notable plus for those in the community. One potential drawback is the lack of clear communication regarding pricing and rate increases, as mentioned by one reviewer. Overall, this facility seems to be a solid choice for those in need of storage services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and security.
