This Extra Space Storage location on US-19 Street in Holiday City provides a good experience for customers. The facility is secure, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Valerie and Mike are notable staff members who have received positive feedback from customers for their excellent customer service. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are competitive. However, there is one major issue: a customer experienced a problem with a damaged unit, mold, and the staff's behavior, leading to a negative review. The staff should be more attentive to these issues and provide better customer service.
