This storage facility has a long list of services, including storage units, building materials, and moving supplies. However, the accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are a big plus. Unfortunately, there is one major issue that stands out - a former customer had a terrible experience with the manager Bill, who allegedly increased their rent and auctioned off their belongings without empathy. This incident suggests a lack of customer care and potentially unfair business practices. Despite this, the facility's payment options, including debit and credit cards, are convenient. The working hours seem a bit unusual, with 24-hour access on certain days, but it's not clear if this is a common practice. Overall, the facility's quality and innovativeness are below average, and the customer experience is marred by the incident with Bill.
