This storage facility seems to be a great option for those in need of secure and convenient storage. The staff is highly rated, with many customers praising their friendly and helpful nature. Tevin, in particular, stands out as an exceptional team member who goes above and beyond to assist customers. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location that is easily accessible. However, there is one issue that should be noted - during a recent hurricane, the facility experienced a flood that was not properly communicated to customers, leading to significant damage to stored items. It is essential for customers to be aware of this potential issue and to carefully review their storage unit's condition after the storm. Despite this, the facility's overall rating is still high, and it remains a popular choice for those in need of storage services.
