Extra Space Storage on Harbor View Rd provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Jessica, Jody, and Joey. The facility is well-maintained and secure, with clean and organized storage units. Customers appreciate the convenience of online payment and access code, as well as the helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist with any issues. While some customers have experienced minor issues, such as fee increases, the overall experience is highly rated. One potential area for improvement is to provide more transparent pricing and communication about rate changes.
