Extra Space Storage on Lawehana St provides a secure and convenient self-storage experience in Winter Haven City. With a wide range of storage unit options, the facility is suitable for various needs, including RV storage, boat storage, and personal storage. The team is friendly and helpful, with staff members like Virginia and Noah receiving praise for their exceptional customer service. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that meet the necessary standards. NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted for payment, providing customers with flexibility. However, one area for improvement is the pricing, which has been reported to be high and deceptive, with rates doubling after a certain period. This may be a concern for customers who are looking for a long-term storage solution.Despite this issue, the facility's overall rating is high, indicating a generally positive experience for customers. The staff's helpfulness, the facility's cleanliness, and the variety of storage unit options are all contributing factors to this positive rating. To address the pricing issue, Extra Space Storage may consider providing more transparent pricing information upfront, so customers can make informed decisions about their storage needs. Additionally, the facility could consider offering discounts or promotions for long-term rentals, to make the storage experience more affordable and appealing to customers.
