Many reviewers appreciated the convenience of being able to reserve a storage unit online and the ease of accessing the facility. While the pricing is generally considered competitive, some reviewers noted that there may be additional fees, such as insurance fees, that were not immediately apparent. However, most reviewers found the prices to be reasonable and a good value for the services provided. One reviewer mentioned a less-than-ideal experience with a staff member, who they found to be sassy and unhelpful.
