This storage facility has a great overall reputation, with many customers praising its cleanliness, security, and helpful staff. However, some customers have noted that the lighting on the second floor is subpar, and there have been issues with price increases. Despite these minor issues, the facility has a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service and a clean, secure environment. The staff, particularly Dwight, have been consistently praised for their professionalism and helpfulness. The facility's online ratings and reviews suggest that it is a reliable and trustworthy choice for storage needs.
