Extra Space Storage on Lawehana St provides secure, convenient self storage in Lakeland City. The storage facility is easily accessible and has on-site parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers praising their exceptional customer service. Jesse, Kathy, and Jessi are standout employees who have gone above and beyond to assist customers. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with controlled access and secure units. While some reviewers have mentioned that the parking area can be small and that there should be more unloading doors, overall, the facility is well-organized and easy to navigate. The rent is fair, and the staff is happy to work with customers to find the right storage solution for their needs. The only issue that stands out is the occasional strong smell inside the storage units, which may be a concern for some customers.
