This storage facility has a wide range of services, including storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The location is easily accessible, and the facility is well-maintained. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some team members standing out for their exceptional customer service. Elizabeth, in particular, has been praised for her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help customers. However, there have been some issues with price increases and billing problems. Some customers have reported difficulty with the online registration process, and a few have expressed concerns about the security of the facility. Despite these issues, the overall experience for most customers has been positive. The facility's clean and secure conditions, combined with its convenient location and helpful staff, make it a good choice for those in need of storage services.
