This facility is well-established and reliable, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The majority of reviews praise the staff, particularly Brandy and Justin, for their exceptional service and helpfulness. They are described as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the rental process smooth and easy. The facility is convenient, with a good location and easy access to the units. The storage units are climate-controlled, secure, and well-maintained, with a variety of options available to suit different needs. One notable issue is the lack of transparency and communication during the 2024 hurricane season, when some units were flooded and tenants were given short notice to vacate. However, it's worth noting that this incident was an isolated event, and the facility has since made efforts to improve its communication and customer service.Overall, Extra Space Storage on Lawehana St is a good option for those looking for a secure and convenient storage facility. With its friendly staff, clean environment, and wide range of storage options, it's a reliable choice for both personal and business storage needs. The only major issue mentioned is a lack of transparency and communication during the hurricane season in 2024.
