This Extra Space Storage facility has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from customers. Many have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Richard, who has been consistently mentioned as a standout employee. The facility itself has been described as clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a convenient location and easy access. One of the biggest concerns mentioned by some customers is the issue of homelessness and vagrancy on the premises. One customer reported seeing a homeless person bathing in the restroom and another mentioned a person begging to get into the facility. However, it's worth noting that the facility's management has acknowledged these concerns and has taken steps to address them.In terms of pricing, customers have generally been satisfied with the rates, with some even noting that they were able to negotiate a better price. The facility also offers a range of amenities, including climate control, secure storage, and on-site services. One potential issue is the fact that the facility has changed management several times, which may have led to some inconsistencies in service. However, it's worth noting that the current management has been praised for their efforts to improve the facility and provide better service to customers.Overall, this Extra Space Storage facility appears to be a solid choice for those looking for secure and convenient storage. While there are some potential issues to be aware of, the facility's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, and it's a great option for those in the Clearwater area.
