This Extra Space Storage on Bruce B Downs Blvd has been a reliable choice for storage needs. The facility is clean, well-organized, and secure, with friendly staff and easy access. Mardi and Christine have received numerous compliments for their exceptional customer service, making the renting process smooth and hassle-free. The facility offers a range of storage units with climate control, perfect for storing sensitive items. While some reviewers mentioned issues with elevator maintenance, it seems that the staff has been working hard to address these concerns. One notable issue is the elevator breakdown, which has been a recurring problem for some tenants. While the staff has been apologetic and helpful, it's concerning that the issue has persisted for an extended period. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned a discrepancy in the advertised rates and the actual rates charged, which may lead to unexpected surprises for tenants.Despite these issues, the majority of reviewers have praised the facility's cleanliness, security, and staff. The facility's willingness to work with tenants to find solutions and provide assistance is commendable. Overall, Extra Space Storage on Bruce B Downs Blvd is a good option for those seeking a reliable and secure storage solution, but potential tenants should be aware of the elevator maintenance issues and rate discrepancies.
