This storage facility on E Busch Blvd Boulevard in Tampa City is an excellent choice for anyone in need of secure storage. With a wide range of storage unit sizes available, customers can choose the one that best fits their needs. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment to make the moving process easy and convenient. The staff, including Constance, Russ, and Nia, are all very friendly and helpful, providing top-notch customer service. The prices for storage units are very competitive and affordable, making it an excellent value for customers. However, one potential issue that was raised in a review was with the manager Russ, who was described as creating roadblocks and making the experience unpleasant. Despite this, the majority of customers have reported having excellent experiences with the staff, and many have praised the facility's cleanliness and helpful staff. The facility is also LGBTQ+ friendly, welcoming and inclusive of all customers. Accessibility is another strong point, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. With its convenient location and excellent customer service, this storage facility is a great choice for anyone in the area.
