The Extra Space Storage on Lawehana St in Tampa, Florida, is a well-rounded storage facility. The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, with Ashley, Jay, and Marti being notable examples. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers with their storage needs. The facility itself is very clean, well-organized, and easily accessible. The online rental process is smooth and convenient, with options for mobile payments and a user-friendly app for remote access. One area for improvement is the pricing, which can be higher than some other storage facilities in the area. However, the quality of the storage units and the level of customer service make it a worthwhile investment for many customers. The facility's innovativeness is also noteworthy, with features like NFC mobile payments and a clean, modern design. Overall, the Extra Space Storage on Lawehana St is a reliable and convenient option for those in need of storage space.Note: The issue highlighted in this review is the pricing, which is not the lowest in the area.
