I had a mixed experience with Expedient Movers. On the one hand, they were affordable and offered a reasonable price for the services they provided. However, the quality of their work was subpar. The movers were unprofessional, and they damaged several of my belongings during the move. They also failed to deliver some items to their destination, which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience.The communication with the company was also poor. They did not return my calls or respond to my emails in a timely manner, which made it difficult for me to get updates on the status of my move. I had to constantly follow up with them to find out when my belongings would be delivered.Despite the problems I encountered, the company's website and marketing materials seemed to be well-designed and professional. However, the actual service they provided was not what I expected.One of the most significant issues I had with Expedient Movers was their lack of accountability. When I reported the damages and missing items, they simply shrugged it off and claimed that it was not their responsibility. They offered to repair or replace some of the damaged items, but it took them a long time to follow through on their promises.Overall, I would not recommend Expedient Movers to anyone. They may be affordable, but the quality of their service is not worth the risk of encountering problems during your move. If you're looking for a reliable and professional moving company, I would suggest exploring other options.
