This motorcycle shop is a gem, offering top-notch service and expertise. The staff, led by the knowledgeable and friendly Johnny, are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. They are transparent about their pricing, which is reasonable compared to other shops in the area. The shop itself is well-organized, clean, and has a great atmosphere. However, the shop is not wheelchair accessible, which is a drawback for some customers. One issue that stands out is the fact that some customers have reported experiencing poor customer service from the owner, Johnny. Despite this, the majority of customers have had excellent experiences and would highly recommend the shop to others. Overall, Exoticycle is a great choice for motorcycle enthusiasts looking for expert service and advice.
