The location has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for customers who want to get their cars detailed or tuned up. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, making sure that every customer leaves satisfied. The prices are reasonable and competitive, making it a great option for those on a budget. However, some customers have reported issues with customer service, including long wait times and unmet promises. Despite this, the location seems to have a good reputation and is well-liked by many. One notable issue is the inconsistent customer service, with some customers reporting being ignored or having their problems not addressed. Despite this, the location is a great option for those looking for a one-stop shop for their car's needs. The Exotic Sound co-branding is a nice touch, adding a touch of sophistication to the location. The working hours are convenient, allowing customers to visit during the week or on the weekends. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance are also a plus, making it accessible to everyone.
