This location is a part of a big company, and it seems they have learned how to provide good services. Parking is available right on the premises. We had a bit of trouble with one client, who had a bad experience with a nasty manager, and a problem with the rental car that had stains on the seats. The car also shook, and the manager seemed more interested in warning them about potential expenses than in helping. Unfortunately, that experience left a bad taste in the mouth, which affected the overall quality rating. On the other hand, the location seems to be doing well in other areas. There are convenient payment options like NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. People with mobility issues are welcome, as the parking lot and the entrance are wheelchair accessible. The location is open seven days a week from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. The big plus of this location is its innovative approach to exotic car rentals, thanks to its partnership with Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise. This means customers can enjoy a range of exciting options, which is a great feature for those who want to try something different. The other thing worth mentioning is the good location - it's situated in a convenient spot at the airport. The business also identifies as women-owned, which is a great feature for customers who appreciate supporting women-owned businesses. The location's emphasis on being wheelchair accessible is also worth noting, as it shows that they are committed to being inclusive. While the experience with one client was far from ideal, it's not the only story to be told here. Overall, this location has a lot to offer, and it's definitely worth considering for those who want to rent a car at the airport.
