Excelsior Condominiums is a luxury condominium complex located on Siesta Key, offering stunning white sand beaches and a range of amenities. The condos are modern and well-maintained, with private pools and outdoor spaces. The complex is wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for visitors with mobility needs. Management staff are available from Monday to Friday to handle inquiries and issues. Unfortunately, there is no information about amenities, pricing, or the complex's innovativeness, making it difficult to fully assess these aspects. One notable issue with the complex is the lack of communication and warning to guests about ongoing construction or renovation projects.
