I've been to Excel Music a few times, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which is great for kids and adults alike. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a good-sized parking lot that's free to use. They also have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating, and restroom, which is great for people with disabilities.One thing that really stands out about Excel Music is the variety of music lessons they offer. From piano to guitar, and everything in between, they seem to have it all. They also offer online classes, which is convenient for people who can't make it to the physical location.I've also been impressed with the professionalism of the teachers I've met. They're all highly qualified and seem to genuinely care about their students' progress. The owner, in particular, seems to be very passionate about music education and is always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions.However, I did notice that the working hours could be a bit more flexible. The only days they're open in the evening are Thursdays and Fridays, which might not be ideal for people with non-traditional work schedules.Despite this, I would highly recommend Excel Music to anyone looking for music lessons. The only issue I've encountered is that one of the receptionists seemed a bit condescending, but this was just a one-time experience, and the rest of the staff has been friendly and helpful.One issue that's worth mentioning is that there's been one instance where a customer felt that the school was taking advantage of them due to their circumstances. However, the owner's response to the situation seemed to be reasonable and apologetic, and it's clear that they're committed to providing a high level of customer service.Overall, Excel Music seems to be a great choice for anyone looking for music lessons. Just be aware that they have a pretty strict make-up lesson policy, which might not be ideal for everyone.
