This location has a lot to offer. It is a small business that provides repair services for various appliances, including lawn mowers, and offers a wide range of tools and products. The business is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and seating area, making it a welcoming space for all customers. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with a passion for innovation and engineering. They offer in-store pickup and delivery services, making it easy for customers to get the products they need. However, there seems to be some issues with customer service. Some customers have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the staff, with promises of callbacks that never materialize. Others have had problems with the products they received, but the business has been unwilling to take them back.Overall, this location has a lot to offer, but it seems to struggle with customer service and quality control. With some improvements in these areas, it could be an even more successful and welcoming business.
