I visited The Woman's Group OB GYN Tampa in Lutz City with a serious concern, but the front office staff seemed unprepared to handle it. They claimed there was no one available to talk to me, and no emergency timeslots were available for over three months. This lack of urgency is unacceptable for a medical facility. Despite my wife's long-standing relationship with the doctor, she feels frustrated with the current system. The online portal that's supposed to allow patients to communicate with the doctor doesn't work, and the staff refuses to address the issue. As a result, my wife is now considering switching to a different gynecologist. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The address is Building 3815, Atmore Grove Dr Drive, Lutz City, and they accept both debit and credit cards for payments. They also have restroom amenities.
