The team is responsive, and the project managers are transparent about the process and timeline. The company offers a variety of services, including roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance, and is willing to work with customers to find the best solution for their needs. One customer mentioned that the salesperson had a great personality and a convincing pitch, but the follow-up service was lacking. Another customer had an issue with the receptionist dismissing a concern as "cosmetic" and not following up with a project manager. However, these instances seem to be the exception rather than the rule.Overall, Eustis Roofing is a reputable company that delivers quality work and excellent customer service.
