The store offers a wide variety of products, including prepared foods, organic products, and bakery items. The selection of European and Polish foods is extensive, and the prices are generally considered to be reasonable. The store's use of NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, and SNAP/EBT makes it convenient for customers. The Wi-Fi availability and wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance make it accessible for all customers. The store has a good reputation for being clean and well-stocked. However, there have been some issues with customer service, including one incident where a customer was denied entry due to a service dog. The store's owners have apologized for the incident and stated that service dogs are allowed. There have been some issues with product availability and some customers have reported finding expired or spoiled products.
