The Estate Pools location in Lakewood Ranch City is a standout in the industry. It's clear that the company takes pride in its work, as evident from the numerous glowing reviews from satisfied customers. Many have praised the quality of the pools built by Estate Pools, saying they are "built to last" and have provided excellent value for the price. Ed Pendleton's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality is notable, as he is often praised for his exceptional service and follow-up even after the project is completed. While some reviews mention the company's long-standing reputation, which suggests a certain level of innovativeness, it's not explicitly stated. The only area where the company could improve is in transparency regarding pricing, as some reviews suggest that this information might not be readily available.
