The office is well-maintained and modern. However, the 59th St W Street location could use some additional signage to make it more visible. A pleasant and professional staff greeted me during my visit. The staff were welcoming and ensured that all my questions were addressed. Waiting times were minimal, and the staff were efficient in their work. I did not experience any delays during my appointment. The office offers wheelchair accessibility features, such as a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The staff seemed well-organized and were able to accommodate my appointment at short notice. Unfortunately, I had to pay an extra fee for some procedures, which was a bit of a surprise. Overall, the experience was good, but there is room for improvement in terms of clarity on pricing.
