The location has many good qualities, but there are some issues. The majority of the feedbacks indicate that the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every detail and are very helpful. Many reviewers mention that Erlyn's Taxes is trustworthy, transparent, and professional. They also appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help clients. However, there is one issue that stands out. A reviewer left a 1-star rating due to a negative experience. They claimed that they were unable to get a response from the office regarding a letter from the IRS and felt that the office was unresponsive to their needs. This issue is worth noting, as it suggests that the office may have some communication challenges or issues with handling customer complaints.Overall, Erlyn's Taxes seems to be a reliable and trustworthy location, but it's essential to be aware of the potential communication issues.
