I had a pretty mixed experience at this medical service location. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming, but the quality of care I received was a bit of a letdown. The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable, but their bedside manner left a lot to be desired. I didn't feel heard or understood, and that made me feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, the facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the payments system was convenient with the option to use NFC mobile payments, debit cards, or credit cards.One major issue that stood out to me was the lack of professionalism from the doctor. They seemed dismissive and unresponsive, which made me feel like I was just a number rather than a person. I had to get an ultrasound, but when the results came in, they demanded that I come back to get them even though I had a severely autistic child who was medically fragile at the time. This was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of empathy or understanding. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
