I recently had a visit to the Largo Diagnostic Clinic, and my overall experience was somewhat disappointing. The clinic is conveniently located in Building 1301 on 2nd Ave SW Street in Largo City, and the staff seems to be well-equipped to handle medical services. They accept a variety of payments, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it easy for patients to pay for their services. However, I was surprised to find that the clinic's accessibility features, such as a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, are a definite plus. This is particularly helpful for patients who may have mobility issues.Unfortunately, my experience with the staff, specifically Ericka Hering, was marred by a lack of compassionate communication. As a 69-year-old patient, I was expecting a certain level of empathy and understanding, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Ericka's maturity level and active listening skills also left much to be desired. One highlight of my visit was the affordable pricing of the services, which is a definite plus for patients on a budget.Overall, while the clinic has some strengths, such as its accessibility features and pricing, it falls short in terms of quality and staff communication. With some improvement in these areas, the Largo Diagnostic Clinic could potentially become a top-rated medical service provider.
