The staff at this medical facility was very caring and attentive, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. However, there was an issue with scheduling a video appointment being rescheduled without proper notice, which caused inconvenience and frustration for a patient. The doctor and staff were very good and responsive to the patient's needs in most cases, but there was a lack of communication and responsiveness in one instance, which was disappointing.
