This business location offers various shopping and repair services for tools, specifically focusing on lawn mowers, as part of their offerings. They also provide mobile services, which seem to be a convenient option for customers. However, the working hours are relatively limited, closing early on weekdays and not operating at all on Sundays.
There is a notable lack of professionalism in their service. The staff failed to keep appointments, which can be frustrating for customers who are depending on their services. Despite some positive feedback about the company, the negative experiences seem to outweigh the positive ones.
The location is part of Eric Williams Lawn Mowing co-branding, which suggests some level of connection and potential for collaboration. However, the exact nature of this partnership is unclear.
On a positive note, the pricing of their services appears to be competitive and highly rated. However, the overall quality of their services seems to be the main concern.
Customers are advised to exercise caution when selecting this service provider, as the risk of disappointment and frustration is higher than with other providers.
