The location is quite reliable for van rental, offering a variety of commercial trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks. However, some clients have experienced issues with the availability of vehicles, particularly SUVs. The working hours can be inconvenient for some, as the location is closed on Thursdays and Sundays, and has reduced hours on Wednesdays. The staff at the location has received mixed reviews, with some clients praising the friendly and helpful service, while others have experienced poor customer service. The location accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, making it convenient for clients to rent vehicles. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, and the entrance is also wheelchair accessible, making it a suitable location for clients with mobility issues. One issue is that the location has had problems with vehicle availability, particularly SUVs, which has caused inconvenience for some clients.
