This Enterprise Truck Rental location on N Orange Blossom Trail Street in Kissimmee City offers a wide range of commercial trucks and vans for rent. The staff is generally very helpful and friendly, with several reviewers praising specific employees, including Jesse, Lisa Marie, Jerell, and Eliot, for their excellent customer service skills. Many customers appreciate the easy and efficient rental process, with some noting that the trucks are always in excellent condition. However, there are some concerns about the business practices. One reviewer reported issues with a new manager who seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction, and another reviewer claimed that the business was charging for damages that couldn't be seen. There are also some complaints about the damage department's policies, with one reviewer suggesting that they are trying to minimize damage costs by sending different damages for the same issue.Overall, this location seems to have its strengths and weaknesses. While the staff is often praised for their helpfulness, the business practices have raised some red flags. With some improvements, this location could provide an even better experience for its customers. The parking and accessibility features are notable, with on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. The business accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. It's worth noting that this location has some inconsistent working hours, with a gap in hours on Thursday and limited hours on Sunday.
