This location has established itself as a reliable van and truck rental agency. The staff is known to provide great customer service, as seen in the majority of customer feedback. The business is very helpful, and employees like Michael are a pleasure to work with. The available range of commercial trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks makes it easy for customers to find the perfect vehicle for their needs. The agency also offers on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, and accepts various payment methods including NFC mobile payments. Unfortunately, it appears that the business is not always open during advertised hours, which can be a problem for customers planning to visit. The prices at this location are generally great, and the rates are competitive. However, one customer reported bad service and advertised trucks not being available, which is a significant issue. Despite this, the agency has a strong reputation in the area, with many customers returning to rent trucks several times.Overall, this location is a good option for those looking to rent a van or truck, but it's essential to check the business hours before visiting. With some improvements to their service and availability, this location could reach its full potential and become an even better option for customers.
