The van rental agency located at Building 4810, SW 60th Ave Avenue in Ocala City offers a reliable service for various commercial vehicles, including trucks, cargo vans, and box trucks. With a wide range of options available, customers can choose the one that suits their needs. The agency provides convenient payment methods, such as NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The location also ensures accessibility for people with disabilities, offering a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The employees at the agency have received praise for their excellent customer service. Many customers have reported friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a smooth rental experience. This is evident in the numerous positive reviews from satisfied customers, who appreciate the prompt and professional service. However, there are some issues with the agency's communication and service reliability. A few customers have reported problems with reservations, where they were told that the vehicle they had reserved was not available, often at short notice. This lack of communication and service reliability has led to frustration and disappointment for some customers.Overall, the agency offers a reliable service with a wide range of options, but there are some areas that need improvement, particularly in communication and service reliability.
