This location is a reliable option for van and truck rentals. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with many reviewers praising their professionalism and helpfulness. They are also equipped to handle complex logistics, as noted in one review. Some reviewers have mentioned that the trucks are in good condition, and the rental process is smooth and convenient. However, a few reviewers have mentioned that the location can be busy during peak periods, which may impact the service quality. The Enterprise Truck Rental location on N Washington Blvd has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it more accessible to people with disabilities. One of the major issues mentioned in one review is the availability of the rented equipment. The reviewer had made a reservation but was denied, and was told that the reason was that the staff would feel uncomfortable renting to them. This incident was reported as racist and the management apologized and asked for more details about the incident.
