This business location stands out for its top-notch quality of service, which is reflected in its exceptional massage therapy. Clients rave about Mathias's skills and expertise, with many mentioning that he has a "magic" touch and is able to find and relieve deep-seated pain and tension. The business has a strong reputation for professionalism and communication, with many clients praising the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the studio. The business is also notable for its inclusivity and commitment to providing a safe and welcoming space for all clients, particularly those from the LGBTQ+ community. The studio is wheelchair accessible and has a gender-neutral restroom, making it a haven for those who may not feel comfortable in other establishments. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the studio, as some clients have mentioned dirty sidewalks and a shampoo bottle in a window. However, it's worth noting that this was addressed by the owner, Mathias, who apologized and explained that the issue was not related to the studio.Overall, this business location is a standout for its exceptional quality of service, commitment to inclusivity, and professionalism. With its top-notch massage therapy and welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for anyone in the area seeking a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
