This small business has been a consistent source of reliable service for pool owners in Englewood. The store's knowledgeable staff, including Joe and Mike, offer expert advice on pool maintenance and repairs. Their commitment to providing excellent service is evident in the numerous reviews praising their helpful and friendly approach. The store's accessibility is a major plus, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, some customers have experienced issues with the pool cleaning service, including instances where the pool has not been properly cleaned, leading to the growth of algae. Prices are very fair, as mentioned by multiple reviewers. This is likely due to the store's focus on providing value to its customers rather than making a quick profit. While the store's owners are passionate about providing the best possible service, they may benefit from implementing more innovative solutions to pool maintenance and repairs. For example, they could consider investing in new technologies or offering more comprehensive services to set themselves apart from the competition.
