Englewood Pool Care LLC is a highly recommended pool maintenance service located in Englewood City. They offer 5-star weekly pool service, including equipment repair and leak detection, for clients in Englewood and Venice areas. The company is known for its reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Their services include filter cleaning, tile brushing, vacuuming, wall brushing, and water treatment. They also offer additional services such as leaf traps and netting. Englewood Pool Care is a family-owned business, which adds to its personal touch and sense of community. One of the standout features of Englewood Pool Care is their excellent communication with clients. They provide detailed reports of services done and send email notifications on the day of service to confirm what they did. This ensures that clients are always informed and up-to-date on the status of their pool. The company's owners, Blake and Bill, are highly responsive and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer client questions and provide expert advice on pool maintenance. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor make them a pleasure to work with. However, it's worth noting that Englewood Pool Care has had some issues with responding to customer complaints in the past. In one instance, a customer reported a negative experience with the company's new staff members, who were still learning the ropes. The company's response to this issue was defensive and dismissive, which may raise concerns for some potential clients. Overall, Englewood Pool Care LLC is a reputable and reliable pool maintenance service that offers excellent value for its clients. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential for minor issues with customer service and communication.
